Update: Woo! Racing is fun! I was slow but I didn't hit anything or go off track or flip (better than my last crap can experience). Listening to the turbo on the Thunderbird was awesome. The only issue we had was some fuel starvation in long left handers when the fuel level started dropping

we had similar starvation with our Escort Lemon. If you are feeling adventurous try this. It helped us...

We figured out the fuel starvation. The little footie filter thing on the bottom of the fuel pump fell off so we weren't drawing fuel from like the bottom 2" of the tank

I tried starting a Lemons and/or Chump team a few times. Even with a "free" car there were no commitments. I'm not done trying though.
